Our olive oil is a beautiful medium olive oil with a high fruity profile. The ideal companion for all your dishes is hot and cold but it will shine in salads, as a finisher on fish or chicken dishes, tomato-based pasta dishes, or simply with some bread as a healthy apero!
It won't go wrong on roasted meat but ideally, you use a more pungent and bitter olive oil.
